An agency brief that survives the handover

A practical planning example for agencies managing several public destinations and client approvals.

Illustrative planning note. This page is guidance for building a brief, not a customer testimonial or a claim of measured campaign results.

Separate the clients before selecting packages

Several campaigns can share a platform while requiring different destinations, quantities and approval contacts. Use a brief for each client and list the exact public links that have been approved for that campaign.

Make the order record useful to the next person

Record the chosen option label, quantity, schedule and order reference beside the brief. An account team can then discuss a delay or correction with support using a precise record, even when the person who placed the purchase is unavailable.

Report the work in its actual scope

Distinguish catalog delivery from the client’s own reach, lead and revenue metrics. Report any unresolved issue through its existing ticket thread. This gives the client a clear view of the purchased activity without promising a result that the service cannot establish.
